Dear Customers, we have noticed a rise in scamming activities via SMS where fraudsters ask Alpha Bank customers to open a fraudulent link and verify their accounts, otherwise the account will be frozen. It is a SCAM! If you ever receive such a message, do not open any link inside, do not share any credentials, personal data, and/or passwords, and inform us immediately at 061 666 811.
If you already opened the link and provided credentials, immediately reset your Secret Word and change the 4-digit PIN of your Alpha Bank Mobile.
Remember: Alpha Bank NEVER sends you links via SMS to verify your secret information or re-activate your bank accounts. We also never call or message you requesting your Alpha Bank Mobile login details, OTP code, or Secret Word.
